Yes. All animals featured on our platform come from breeders who comply with federal, state, and local regulations. We help guide adopters through any ownership requirements specific to their state.


3. How does the adoption process work?

Start by filling out our Exotic Pet Adoption Form. Once approved, we will provide you with an Adoption Agreement and Bill of Sale. After documents are signed, your chosen animal is reserved until pickup or delivery.


4. Why do I need to fill out an adoption form?

Exotic pets require special care. The form helps us ensure each animal is placed into a suitable and responsible home that meets its unique needs.


5. Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Yes. We offer safe, legal, and professional transportation services for eligible species. You may also choose to pick up your pet at one of our designated partner locations.


6. Can I reserve an animal?

Yes. Once your adoption form is approved, we will give you the option to reserve an animal. Reservation details will be included in the adoption paperwork.


7. Are reservations or deposits refundable?

Deposits and reservation fees are generally non-refundable. However, specific terms will be clearly outlined in your Adoption Agreement.


8. Will my pet come with health records?

Yes. Every animal includes a health packet containing wellness checks, parasite management records, and any applicable vaccination information specific to its species.


9. Do exotic pets come vaccinated?

Certain exotic pets may require species-appropriate vaccinations. When applicable, these are administered by licensed veterinarians, and all information is provided at adoption.


10. What grooming needs should I expect?

Grooming varies by species. Some animals require brushing, nail care, or occasional baths, while others—like chinchillas—require dust baths. We provide detailed grooming instructions for your specific pet.

 

11. Do you recommend pet insurance?

Yes. We strongly recommend exotic-pet insurance to help cover unexpected medical needs. We provide guidance on reputable insurance options during the adoption process.

Yes. We are available to answer questions and provide resources even after your pet has transitioned to your home.

  • How do I order and Pay for My Puppy?

 

Its Simple. All is required of you is to Click on the Order Button on the "Order page" of the Dog/Puppy you want to Adopt and Provide all required information on the Form and Click Submit. In a Couple of Hours, our Team will get back to you with Further Instructions.

 

  • How is Shipment Done?

Our Shipment is Facilitated by both Air and Land Pet Cargo depending on the Location/Destination of the Pet.

 

  • What if Something Unexpected Happened Upon Delivery of the Puppy?

During Shipment, any unexpected incidents that may result to the dead of the Puppy or Worst is completely Covered By Insurance. Before shipment the Puppy/Dog is Insured to Prevent Such from Happenning.
